He spent twelve years in the Missouri General Assembly, including service as Senate Majority Leader and President Pro Tem. Before politics, he built businesses, toured the country as a musician, and served in ministry.
Today, Caleb works across several connected areas: advising organizations, building Forthwell, speaking on politics and leadership, writing about faith and public life, and creating new ways for people to engage difficult issues with more courage and less contempt.
