Themes

What Caleb speaks about.

01

Leadership under pressure

What consequential leadership looks like when information is incomplete, stakes are high, and every decision creates winners and losers.

02

The state of American politics

A clear-eyed look at political incentives, institutional dysfunction, polarization, voter behavior, and what leaders should expect next.

03

Faith in a divided culture

How Christians can remain politically engaged without allowing political identity to overtake spiritual formation.

04

Ideology Theology

How partisan commitments become theological commitments, why that damages the church, and what a more faithful public witness requires.

05

Government for business leaders

What executives, boards, and organizations need to understand about legislative institutions, regulation, political risk, and effective engagement.

06

Building coalitions across disagreement

Lessons from legislative leadership about finding common ground without abandoning conviction.

07

Institutional trust

Why trust has collapsed across government, business, media, and the church, and what credible leadership can do about it.

08

Missouri politics and policy

An insider's perspective on Missouri government, political dynamics, policy debates, and the state's direction.

Audiences

Built for the room.

Every talk is shaped around the audience, event, and moment. Caleb regularly speaks to:

  • Business and executive audiences
  • Trade associations
  • Churches and ministry leaders
  • Civic organizations
  • Public-policy conferences
  • Universities and student groups
  • Leadership retreats
  • Government and legal audiences
  • Media and podcast audiences

Style

Direct. Human. Substantive.

Caleb does not deliver generic motivational talks.

He uses stories, institutional experience, humor, scripture when appropriate, political insight, and practical leadership lessons to help audiences understand the moment and think more clearly about their role in it.

The work that matters most demands both conviction and competence. We need both.
